Our Discovery Process

At Express Image Digital, our mission is to create a groundbreaking solution tailored to your company’s specific needs. In order to do this, we need to gain a thorough understanding of what functions and features are most needed by your end users. We’ve found we are most successful at this when we are able to conduct guest and stakeholder surveys. This involves interviewing multiple people who interact with your space in all capacities, from guests to marketing directors to the head of guest services. This process helps us determine what features should be included in your unit, as well as any “gotchas” we can incorporate.

If you already have an existing wayfinding solution, we’ll monitor it for several hours and interview people who use it to see how it’s working for them, what they’d like to see changed, etc. After gathering all this information, we make recommendations on what features we feel your audience is looking for and will actually use.
